    6.Environmental Precautions

1. General-All the environmental precaution such as air polution,noise,water and hazardous material shall be comply with the local authority act and law.

    7.Debris and Waste handling

1. Dust minimization-a).Dust shall be sprayed with water.
2. Waste management-a).All the demolition debris at the roof top shall be not accumulate on the first floor slab.b).All the debris shall be accumulate,convey and transport away from the site.

2.0 INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

1. The inspection to the pre caution measure have to carry out at the daily basis to make sure all in good order.
2. Any movement or damage to the temporary structure shall be report urgently.c).Site supervisor must be at all time at the site to make sure all items in the MOS was followed.

3.0 POST DEMOLITION PRECAUTION

1. a).The exposed ground floor shall be covered if the new building start late.b).The exposed exterior wall must be complete cover and support.

4.0 METHOD OF DEMOLITION

1. General-The top down method are applicable here because this is the cheapest method,use a cheapest instrument or machine and easy to control.In general ,demolition should be carried out in the reverse order of construction as far as appropriate.
2. Top down Manual Method
1. General-a).Top down method discussed below is the method that proceed from roof to the ground in a general trend,there are particular sequence of demolition which may vary,depending on the site conditions and structural elements to be demolished.b).For the building,handpneumatics drilling impact hammer are use to break down the harden concrete.Oxi acetylene torch are used to cut the rebar.The structural element shall be broken segment by segment.The rebar shall remain until the concrete connecting to or supported by the rebar is broken away or when its support is no longer require.
2. Demolition sequence-1).All the cantilevered structures,canopies,verandahs attached to external walls shall be the first have to demolished prior to demolition of main building and its internal structure on each floor.2).When demolising the roof structure,all the roof material shall take away down to the ground.3).The zicklum roof structure have to cut piece by piece and take down to the ground.Dont laid at the first floor slab.4).Demolition of the floor slab shall began at mid span and works towards the supporting beams.5).Floor beams shall be demolished in orders as follows
1. cantilevered beams
2. secondary beams
3. main beams.6),Column shall be demolished after removal of beams on the top.
