Actually in the construction practice,the engineer will follow the shape of building designed by the architect.
Vise versa the structural engineer designed the building first and then the architect will follow
So from the photo maybe admin try to make a different thinking of 2 profession.Usually the engineer thinking about the strength of the building without concern about facade or beuty and on the other hand architect will concern about beuty of the building.
For the last word engineer= calculation and architect= beuty are not same and always quarrel at site meeting.But now with the BIM software the quarrel can reduce to zero level.
The architect will change the beuty follow the calculation by the engineer and sometime the calculation follow the beuty.
Come on guys which one the best profession between calculation and beuty.
